Well, the change in diet was going okay. Then came today.
Breakfast was okay, started out fine with a half a bowl of cheerios. Had a small apple for a snack around ten.
Then made the mistake of going grocery shopping for supper materials at noon, before I'd eaten lunch, and very hungry. My lunch consisted of a cheese danish, two donuts, and a bowl of sour cream and onion potato chips. *^_^* Not good.
On the other hand I tried making bean burgers for dinner. Not too bad, but I may have over done it with the cayenne pepper. On the plus side, dad actually liked them. O_o Wasn't expecting that. My only complaint on them was that it fell apart while I was trying to eat it. Also, I have been drinking either water or tea all day - I haven't had any soda or hot chocolate today, and given the fail of my lunch, I shall not have any.
Well, on the plus side, I only said I was going to try losing weight; I didn't promise to. Which means that, even if this is a step in the wrong direction, I shall not use it as an excuse to stop. So long as I keep going and don't just quit because of a failure, I shall succeed!
(ie - Fall off the bike, get back on and try again. :) Tomorrow shall be better.
